The level of service on our first visit convinced us that this was the company for us. <br /> The work was done in 2 phases to lessen the disruption to our special needs child. They made sure to have his bedroom completed and ready for him before he came home from school. The quality of the workmanship cannot be beat. The quality of the materials used far exceed our expectations. Because we had this done on two different days, the clean up between each phase was outstanding. "We found the best installer we've ever had in JRE Carpet Service! We had a different, well-known area flooring company install new carpeting at our home a while back. They left fraying edges on 18 feet of entry space into our kitchen and foyer. I should name that company but I won’t. We couldn’t believe they left edges like that, and with the carpet sunken lower than the tiles. When we brought it up they tried to charge us to come out with tapered carpet ‘ramps’ to raise the floor and rework the carpeting. We told them the right thing to do would have been to have figured out the need for them in the first place. We didn’t trust them at that point so we asked around.
