It was in very poor condition and when his team left it looked better than new! His team was also able to repair and rebuild the interior supports under the floor of the patio. The workmen were excellent, came on time and worked over three days 8-5 every day. They were courteous and highly skilled in stone work. The price was very reasonable as well."

"AC Paving did a superior job in resurfacing our 3600 square foot driveway. They had to cut out several areas where there were depressions and pave over roots, curves, and a round about. In the past, we have had several other paving jobs done, but by far, AC did the most professional job. You can just look at it and see it is a beautiful job, but the devil is in the details, the edge work is the best I have ever seen. The owner is right on site, directing his guys every step of the way. Reminds me of how my father ran his business. When I had a question about the wording of the contract, I called, and in 15 minutes the owner showed up at my door to review the fine print. Great customer service. You can tell this is a top notch business just by the way their trucks and equipment are in excellent shape, well maintained and clean. "I called Waterproofing Inc on a Wednesday and we scheduled an appointment for an estimate for Saturday. Steve promptly came at the scheduled time and we reviewed the situation in my basement.   I told him of my goal to have a finished DRY basement.  He looked at my existing pump and drain. He suggested that I could apply (or have applied) plastic sheeting to the walls to help with the seepage problem. However, he doesn't do that type of work. He also asked me what I thought the problem was with the moisture problem. He suggested that he could extend the current waterproofing system along the entire back wall and gave me a written estimate for that work. The reason that I rated him a B and said I would hire him was because I didn't feel confident in his diagnosis of the root cause of the water problem and his proposed solution to address the issue so that my basement could be dry. I am looking for a one stop shop with a solution driven individual who comes in as a problem solver. I just didn't get that from Steve. He didn't even look (or ask to look) outside the house to see how the water comes off the back of the house where the problem is.  I'm guess if I just wanted someone to drill up the concrete and put a drain in, he would be fine because his price was reasonable for that work. But I'm looking for a holistic solution provider who will address all issues with the most effective and efficient techniques to keep my basement dry.  I just wouldn't hire him for that role."
