"Everybody was on time & the roofers got right to work around 8 AM. They did an amazing job with clean up which I was concerned about at first. There wasn't a lot of noise, and the crew was formed of a few great guys. Ty and Dylan were both personable and clarified any questions or concerns I had throughout the job. "Our fence looks incredible! They came swiftly to do the work, and we still get compliments about how great our fence looks. We liked working with Henry. The first issue arose when the fence exceeded the quote and contract that we signed. We weren’t told this until the very end of the work, which was not great to say the least by an additional 20%. We knew there was some flexibility in the price, but it would’ve been nice to say, by the way, we’ve exceeded the estimated price and expect the final price to be in this range. Lastly, we also had issues with our gate hinges and called them back 3x until it was finally fixed. It was difficult to get them to come back out even though we were under warranty, and we encountered issues with their customer service and communication. We would probably still use them again for another fence but would only communicate with Henry."

"The quality of work was fine, the way they handle it was not fine. They set me up for three days at Thursday, Friday and Saturday. They come in and work at Thursday and Friday night. They told me that they had a big job that they have and that they would not be back on Saturday. They delayed coming back to the following day. In order for them to do their job, I had to move all the furniture in my house away from the baseboards and way from the wall so I have rooms after rooms after rooms of furniture. Then when I talk to him, I was trying to delay a day because I had something I had to do and instead of delaying the day, they delayed it until the following Monday which was this last month. I'm just now getting to where i can put my curtains back up and everything else but the problem was they came when I was not here on Monday. They insisted on the $1500. They said they wanted an extra hundred because they moved furniture and I had agreed to the hundred if they moved furniture which they did not. When my wife pay and told them that she is not going to send a positive review, they said "I don't care"."
