The contractor's suggestion to put the previous fence's replacement on top of the wall was also very positive. The new wall and fence are much more attractive and stable than the previous. "Dave with TNT Concrete was friendly and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions, and was very accomodating. I Got several estimates for the job, and his was the most reasonable. He showed up with his crew on time, and they completed the whole job in 1 day. This included removing the old crumbling half of my concrete driveway, as well as pouring new concrete and adding a nice brushed finish. The new area is about 580 sq ft. I am very happy with the finished project, and would definitely hire TNT Concrete again."

"They almost finished but I made the mistake of paying when they were almost done. They didn't show up to remove the last of the plywood forms for the retaining wall. I called at least 4 times and requested that Nelson, the owner of the Co. to send someone to complete the job. He told me 4 times ok and gave me a day when they would come to do that. All 4 times no one showed up. And no one called to say they wouldn't be there. I feel that Nelson was playing with me but do not understand why? I paid in full. $12,000 + tax. Also, he requested I make the check out to his name. I don't know if that is legal to do or not. But I did it."

"The I paid extra for concrete dye, and asked for a smooth finish on the patio and driveway. The color is very inconsistent and the surface is exactly like the brushes they used. They did better on the fence although built it a foot shorter than asked... They did a lot of work for the price but I would pay extra for quality in the future."

"I couldn't be happier with the finished product and I am a tough customer!  I had planned to have my driveway re-poured with new concrete and called a few companies to provide bids to add pavers on a side portion adjacent to the driveway.  I was hoping to add the pavers to improve my drainage so my existing sump pump wouldn't be overloaded by rain during the winter and continue to flood my garage.  Ray was very knowledgeable and asked why I was choosing to add concrete instead of pavers for the main driveway.  I didn't think I could afford to pave the entire thing and I don't live in a fancy place so didn't care about the aesthetics.  He said he would give me a bid for the whole job and one for just for the portion I was asking.  When I looked at the numbers it wasn't very much more expensive to do the pavers and it looks amazing!  I even decided to do my back patio just to have everything done.  He didn't pressure me and just provided the facts to allow me to make the decision that was best for my job.  He even helped me brainstorm on ways to improve my drainage based on his past experience.  The job was completed in March and his crew took care to work around the heavy rain days so no debris would flow into my existing sump pump.  Plus no wet garage since the work was done.  I rarely write reviews...something has to be really good or really bad.  Although the price wasn't cheap it was very competitive with other companies and the quality was top notch.  Thanks Ray and the NW Patio Design Crew!"

"I needed some demo/excavation done at my house for a new shop being built. Shopped around and found the JWHeart company. Asked then for a quote, agreed upon time to show the job. They showed up early! Very professional and knowledgeable. Agreeded upon a very reasonable price, i asked for an estimated time for completionthey said 2 days. Day of demo showed up, again they showed up early ready to get at it which is what I like to see. Took them a day and half to demo old slab excavate and remove all debris.
