"Had a soffit/front porch bead board repair done where some of the bead boards had buckled. Instead of pulling enough bead board down to re-install properly, the grooves (tongue and groove) were rip sawed off and caulk was used to fill the gaps. Naturally, with expansion and contraction, the caulk separated from the joints and led to several unsightly areas. An offer was made to repaint, however, we do not feel as that will work over time. We are going to rip the entire area down and replace with new bead board as the multiple coats of paint (including interior grade paint) that were slapped on are unsightly in their own right. On a good note, we had bead board added to the balance of the house and the work that was completed within the allotted time frame (we had to do some of the finish work ourselves) does look good and we are happy with that. I will say that I should have been more diligent on oversight of the job. Tongue and groove is meant to allow for expansion and contraction. As the grooves were sawed off of the planks, gaps were inevitable. Update 1/25/2019: Mr Handyman returned, tore down all of the originally repair porch ceiling (previously repaired) and properly installed new bead board (purchased by us) after painting it at their shop. We are very pleased to provide this update and are very happy now with the porch ceiling."

"Great. After initial call, Wayne came out to do estimate the same day (he was in the neighborhood - I was impressed but this may have just been luck). We walked the property and discussed details and options. I shared my concerns and preferences, which were perhaps a little more complicated than a simple, standard setup (I wanted to drain most water off the roof to one side of the house where we had good/multiple sewer connections). Wayne listened, offered his opinions and said he would email me an estimate later. Got the estimate within 24 hours. Cost was quite a bit below other estimates. When the work started, crew arrived on time, they were open to discussing minor implementation details and options. They worked for 2 days and completed everything. Checked with me on a few details as they came up, followed my preferences. Results look great and (so far) all seems to be working exactly as I had hoped. This is a family business, somewhat "old school" - and I mean that as a compliment. No slick marketing materials, no BS. It appears they have been at this for a long time. Wayne seems to be the owner/boss, gutter work was done by Spencer and Brian (his sons?). Work quality seems very good. They cleaned up the site afterwards, were easy to work with and seemed professional. My only disappointments were that it took several weeks between the initial contact/estimate/green-light and when the work began (during this time, we started to get a lot of rain). But I can't fault them for being busy during a busy time of the year (November-December, when everybody probably wants gutters fixed). Wayne was honest from the start about how far out they were booked, and he stuck to his initial target date for the project, so I can't complain about that. The day after I set up our work with them, my next door neighbor asked if I could recommend anyone for some minor gutter repairs. Integrity did that work for him on the same day they were here for our gutters. Neighbor is also very happy with the results. I'd definitely call these guys again if/when I needed gutter work. Old school, in the good way. Now when it rains, I can relax and worry about other things."

"They had a person come out and measure the cabinets. They manufactured them and had another gentleman come out and install them. You don't have to get down on your hands and knees to get the things out. The quality was very good. There were two workers, one did the measurements, and then an installer came after they made the slide-outs. It took about 6 weeks, because they had to manufacture the units they were going to install. They weren't off the shelf. Everybody was professional. They did what they said they were going to do, when they said they were going to do it. They did a good job. The guy was very careful. He laid protective cloths on the floor. Clean-up was very good. Overall, it was a professional job. It was good. The people were professional."

Installed new cabinets, new countertops, backsplash tiles, moved light switches, replumbed refrigerator, installed under cabinet lighting, rebuilt larger island, patched and repaired hard wood floors where necessary from removing prior cabinets.
