"A timely and efficiency job has been done. Near Me Roofing Company has good knowledge about roof, brought quite a few samples along with him and explained throughfully. After the explaination it is much easier to know what you need. The job took one day. The crew cleaned up pretty nicely and even cleaned my neighbor's driveway. Overall, it is a nice and smooth experience, and I will recommand in the future."

"This company is built internally the right way. Extremely professional and everything is in house. I repeat...IN HOUSE. If you have ever dealt with a remodeling company that employs outsourced labor, it can be a mis-quote nightmare. Other companies pointed me to handy men for this job not realizing I might need or want more than that in the future. Thank you"

"I strongly recommend Bzr. We found them on Houzz. We started with a kitchen remodel and felt good about moving forward with our next projects with them. We then started our bathrooms. Sean and his crew did an amazing job. They were very respectful about our place, patched up and protect our home. Sean was very helpful with choosing and delivering materials. Overall we had an outstanding experience with them. Gaby was also such a pleasure to work with. Without a doubt we would hire them again."

"Freddy and crew did an outstanding job repairing and installing new frames on all of my windows and the slider. Due to extensive water damage, new trim materials, flashing and Hardi Plank frames were installed & painted. A large 2x6 along the garage door was replaced, & the frame around the exit garage door was replaced & painted. Some cracks in the siding were also repaired & painted. Freddy was professional, prompt and explained what was needed and why. He"

"Our recent experience with Final Cut General Contracting was amazing. We have a cabin at Stevens Pass that needed extensive repairs due to water damage. Although it was a complicated project to coordinate due to the distance from suppliers and supply chair problems, it was handled very professionally. I really appreciate how closely he stayed in touch with us about the project and sent many photos as the work progressed. Since we live in the Seattle area, it was not possible for us to keep close tabs on the project in person. He was very knowledgeable, efficient, and does beautiful work. I highly recommend Final Cut General Contracting!"

"Summer 2015, laminate floor repair.... I usually don't hand out the highest ratings on reviews (is anyone perfect?!) but Carlson Construction did great for my small job. Though it's the busy season for them, Reed, the proprietor, was able to schedule me in within a few weeks of my initial inquiry. After discussing the job on the phone I felt confident I had the right contractor when he said he would stop by to actually see the job first. It helped that I'm local too. The job itself...remove the floating laminate floor to the point of the bad board and replace (I had plenty of extra new boards on hand). Reed had Chris S. do the job with Reed being on hand to assist/advise as needed. Chris was awesome, arrived on time, and really did a nice clean job. Sure it helped that the existing boards, other then the bad board, were in great shape to more easily lift and put back. I got lucky there. But still, there were some tough parts of the job that, because of the expertise, were handled smartly and efficiently. Chris worked very cleanly through the end. Both are real nice guys too. Like I said, I don't give out 5 out of 5 stars easily but Carlson Construction did everything I asked in a fantastic manner, on time, within budget. I would not hesitate to recommend or call on them again based on this experience. -Mitch (Redmond WA) -"
