"They cleared/ graded an acre of blackberries and prepped it for seeding as well as removing some dead trees and ,lined a creek with rocks to help with the stability/errosion.(even moved some decorative trees/ helped plant) We had a few hiccups that put us over budget/time (like finding 2 HUGE cut up maples discarded in the bramble! They were near impossible to move or find ways to dispose of and 4-5 more huge stumps that needed removing), but over all, I am very happy with Frank and his crew. Bill (the excavator driver) was very careful, knowing we had unknown piping somewhere below and paid great attention to detail when removing those prickly buggers. The yard turned out beautiful when done. They always ASK FIRST before doing additional work, and give options when trouble arrises. The main reason I highly reccommend this company- HONESTY! They are always up front about cost, happy to share receipts, and as Allan ( a crew member) always says -they feel "Being important is nice, but being nice is more important!" Highly recommend!"

I used this company last year as well, and they were awesome both times, and their prices were very reasonable for the jobs that were done. I had them come out last week to replace 2 sprinkler heads and then noticed the next day a different sprinkler head was broken. I called the office and explained the problem, and they said they would send someone back out and not charge labor, since he was just there the day before. "When researching to identify a contractor we called and emailed 5 local companies. NW Patio was the only responsive company we encountered. Once an initial meet was scheduled Steve was on time and primed to provide us with a solution to our needs that exceeded our expectations. The single greatest challenge in our project was our schedule, not theirs. Still NW Patio worked with us exercising considerable patience and the resulting finished product is an amazingly relaxing space incorporating LED-lit steps, a large paver-patio, and sitting walls with LED lighting that our family enjoys thoroughly at every opportunity. Upon completion there was a limited punch list that arguably involved perceptive aesthetics more than earnest structural or quality issues with the project, still NW Patio agreed to address the issues readily to our ultimate satisfaction. Since the initial phase, of our now developed landscape vision/plan, is in place we are looking forward to working with NW Patio for the next phase(s) to finish flushing out additional patio space; a walkway between the front and back yards; and a reconstruction/expansion of the driveway and walkway to the front door."
