I have recently cancelled my DIRECTV service and called them to get an estimate on repairing/replacing the shingles where the satellite dish was mounted. They told me that they would send someone out by the end of the week to remove the dish and replace the damaged shingles at no cost. They were willing to negotiate a price within my budget which helped them win the project compared to the other options. The overall sales process was well organized. I went with an asphalt roof instead of my preferred metal roof because my HOA rejected a metal roof. The roof was well built. It was 2 days after the original schedule due to the very hot weather. The only issue was the install team left a mess in the garage, and nails on the roof and backyard. They quickly sent someone out to remedy the cleanup."
