"Three Tree Roofing replaced our roof about 18 months ago and we were thrilled with the work, cost, and their professionalism (see my previous review). I have recently cancelled my DIRECTV service and called them to get an estimate on repairing/replacing the shingles where the satellite dish was mounted. They told me that they would send someone out by the end of the week to remove the dish and replace the damaged shingles at no cost. If you need any roof work done, you should absolutely contact Three Tree Roofing. I can't recommend them highly enough."

When we were having trouble deciding on the shingle color, they swung by and dropped of some sample shingles so we could make a decision. They stayed in contact from the time we selected them through the end of the process and kept us updated on the status. The crew that installed the roof was very courteous and keep our property clean over the two days it took finish the replacement. Because of rain, they were unable to paint the vent pipes and flashing but they came back a couple of days later to finish. "Thought I would need a new roof in a couple of years, wasn't ready to get one quite yet, but after Janston Turner showed me what he found when he went into my attic, I bought one right away. Holes, water damage, etc that I didn't know about! He showed me pics, but I wanted to see it myself, so he went back up with me and pointed it all out. They showed up faster than I thought they would, cleaned up after themselves, and when some accidental damage happened, they told me about it right away and then Janston and the company were really responsive and took care of the repairs without any hassles. Other places would either lie and say it was there before them or whatever, but these guys showed integrity and accountability and fixed it right away!
