I have recently cancelled my DIRECTV service and called them to get an estimate on repairing/replacing the shingles where the satellite dish was mounted. They told me that they would send someone out by the end of the week to remove the dish and replace the damaged shingles at no cost. "NWPM was a subcontractor for a bathroom remodel. They were prompt and responsive -- they showed up when they said they would, and did good work. They installed a subfloor, vanity, toilet, shower door, and an exhaust fan with necessary conduit. I don't know about their pricing because they were a subcontractor, but I would hire them based on their responsiveness and the quality of the work performed."

"Thought I would need a new roof in a couple of years, wasn't ready to get one quite yet, but after Janston Turner showed me what he found when he went into my attic, I bought one right away. Holes, water damage, etc that I didn't know about! He showed me pics, but I wanted to see it myself, so he went back up with me and pointed it all out. They showed up faster than I thought they would, cleaned up after themselves, and when some accidental damage happened, they told me about it right away and then Janston and the company were really responsive and took care of the repairs without any hassles. Other places would either lie and say it was there before them or whatever, but these guys showed integrity and accountability and fixed it right away!
