He went way above and beyond my expectations and helped me fix my entire shower after other issues came up once the work started. He explained the situation and gave me options to fix the problems. "Disappointed. Sound Tile and Grout was on the pricer side and I definitely did not feel that I received what I paid for. Part of the initial install was done poorly (more joints than necessary, see picture) and required the provider to return to reinstall portions of the tile which I was charged extra for. The provider did not clean up at the end of each day nor was the area thoroughly cleaned after the job was completed. The provider left pieces of tile on our front sidewalk and a track of dirt and debris down our stairwell. Grout haze was also not fully removed. At the end of the day the completed install did turn out well, but I would not recommend this company due to the above concerns."

"I needed to get a hole drilled for a instant hot water dispenser and a nickel sized chip fixed and had been procrastinating for months... what company would want to come out and do such a small task? I reviewed angieslist and found Puget Sound Stone Repair and put a call into them. Todd called back and offered to come out a few days later on a Saturday to do the repair and drill the hole at a rate of $150 per hour. He felt it wouldn't take much longer than an hour (which it didn't). Communication was good, he was running a bit late but called to tell me which was great. The repair looks fantastic... if you didn't know it was there you wouldn't even see it and I am enjoying the hot water (and chilled water) dispenser installed in the 1.5" hole he drilled. Overall very satisfied and would use Puget Sound Stone Repair again in the future."

"Rich Shaffer was recommended to my wife and I by another contractor, Brad from BA Construction, when we talked with him about doing some work for us.  We originally hired Brad to work on a bathroom remodel for us, but the current job he was working on before ours got larger and b/c we were on a tight time budget Bard pointed us towards Shaffer who was available at the time.   It all looks great and we would definitely recommend him to anyone.  He is very detail oriented, and wouldn't stop working until everything was done perfectly, plus reasonable rates and quality work can't be beat.  He is a super nice guy, likes dogs too and didn't mind them being around him while he was working."

He gave great advice on how to choose my colors, had this interesting tool that was able to allow him to match the existing color of the cabinets, and was awesome when it came to communication (huge for me).
