"The services were provided in a quick, professional manner. The electricians let me know what they were doing and why, checked and mitigated any potential concerns ahead of time, and performed the installations smoothly. I had work done previously by another company who was not as prepared or capable, and the contrast was striking. Very pleased with this provider."

"Joe was flexible (rearranged his schedule to come the next day even though this wasn't an emergency but was keeping a carpenter from progressing), incredibly punctual for all 3 visits, did a very good job of explaining problems and my options for solving them, setting my expectations for cost and time, efficient when on site, on the ball whenever we needed to communicate in person, by text, or on the phone. He is dependable, hardworking, pleasant, skilled, safe, etc. - all the things you want in a contractor."

"Pedro was very knowledgeable and professional. We have had a problem with drainage. The camera showed a drop in the Sewer line and a line pitch problem, going from a 5 feet pitch to only a 2 1/2 feet pitch by the sidewalk. My line was cleared and now I am waiting for and estimate to fix or re-installation of the Sewer line."

"Mr. Castillo was excellent. Prompt, evaluated the issue & immediately went out to get the necessary supplies needed for a replacement installation of a 30 year old wall heater. Competitive pricing. Would hire again & highly recommend."

"I reached out to couple of companies and ultimately decided to go with NETR, and I’m glad I did. From the salesman Chip, to the installer Daniel Rodriguez, their professionalism was exceptional. Their work ethic and attention to detail sets them apart from other companies in this business. Daniel is an expert and went above and beyond to make sure everything was tidy and perfect! They’re really invested in customer satisfaction!"

"Prior to installation, the representative (Norm) spent a lot of time researching the proper heater and calling manufactures since there is an individual with a severe Nickel allergy in the home. So any stainless steel tanks with Nickel or Copper/Nickel piping had to be excluded. He never made it seem like it was a problem to do the extra work. Also everyone I have spoken to in the office for billing or scheduling is so nice, that I feel like I would be friends with them if I knew them personally.
Scott and Connor were the installers. They showed up exactly on time, cleaned everything up after the installation, explained clearly how to set the temperature and purged all the faucets in the house (which there are several!) They were very careful not to set the old rusty heater directly on to the concrete basement floor and I though extremely neat!... I would definitely recommend Wilson Brothers to anyone in the Nashua area looking for plumbing (or HVAC as they have done that for me in the past). I tired to tip both installers, which they graciously refused. I felt like they deserved a little extra even though they turned it down.

He has become my go to electrician for ALL of my projects, whether I'm constructing an apartment building or need work done at my personal residence. Although I'm his client, I consider Malvern to be a key component (partner) for my business's continued growth."

"The personable owner, Tony Del Papa, came out to give us
an estimate for installing exhaust fans in our bathroom. Since we
hadn't bought the fans yet, it was helpful that he told us what to
look for and suggested a particular brand. We then ordered fans
through Lowe's.
The company was prompt with returning calls and providing a written
estimate in the mail.
Once we had an appointment with the company that was going to vent the
fans, we scheduled Village Electric to come out several days before
that day.The two workers who came out were courteous and arrived within the
hour time window we expected them. We tested out the fans and they
worked fine, but we waited until they were vented to the outside to
actually use them.
The quality of the electrical work performed was good, but we had a
couple of minor issues, which is the reason that we gave a B for
professionalism. To install the fans, the workers had to go into the attic.
They had to move some insulation from the attic floor
and did not roll it back into place when they were done, and the
insulation batting covering the attic hatch mysteriously disappeared.
Also, a piece of ceiling that needed to be cut out was left in the
attic instead of being discarded. Replacement of the junction box for
the master bathroom light/fan switches caused a ceramic towel bar to
partly detach from the wall.
We have used Village Electric several times before, and this is the
only time anything like this has happened. We informed
them about it and don't expect to have any future problems, so we will
use them again.
