And it was either measured wrong or cut wrong, because it was too short for the living room. And, when we questioned why they didn’t provide the trim pieces we paid for, all they’d say was they didn’t sell trim. And when employees say they’ll call you back, it would be nice if they actually did. And we got the bill for the balance they still included the charges for trim that we never got. I think it’s sorted out, but left a bad taste."
