"Rob is an extremely caring businessman who makes sure his customers are satisfied. He went far above and beyond to make sure we're happy with our floors, and hopefully our experience summarized in this review is unique. We had a floating installation of bamboo floors done, and they looked great. A little over the 2 year labor warranty, we noticed a few planks had separated. After informing Rob, he went ahead and had it fixed at no cost to us. But then over the next several months, more and more planks began separating. Rob was not happy that the product was failing, and agreed to reinstall all of the boards and glue them to each other, again at no cost to us. This was now about 3 years after the initial installation. Again, the floors looked great, but much to our frustration after only a few months, planks began separating. We since learned that for the layout of our first floor, we should have had new flooring glued down and not a floating installation done. Long story short, Rob agreed, at his cost, to install a completely different product, glued down to the subfloor, which should not have this issue of planks separating. He even redid all the shoe molding, and removal and reinstallation of bathroom fixtures in our powder room. It's been about 18 months now, and the new engineered hardwood floors that replaced the floating bamboo floors are holding up great and feel much more solid walking on them. We've since gotten a German Shepherd, and these floors are handling some of the abuse he can give them just fine. I would definitely do business with FCI again, as I can't imagine any other flooring company would go through the lengths Rob did to ensure our satisfaction."

"We hired Palm Flooring to install Costco’s Arowana waterproof vinyl plank. At first, we were only going to do the upstairs bedrooms and baths, but after seeing how great of job they did, we decided to let them install this same materials on the first floor. The result is PHENOMENAL. Every joint between each plank was tightly fit together, zero gap. Yuri is THE MAN. We also had them sand and re-stain steps for our staircase to match the flooring. It absolutely made the house looks upscale. We would definitely hire Palm Flooring again for other future projects."

"Quality Flooring and Renovations started when they said they would, and completed when they said they. Everyone was professional and very .courteous. The flooring is outstanding and installed well. We could not be happier with the installation and quality of the flooring. The cost was within our expectation, and most strongly recommend Quality Flooring and Renovations for anyone needing flooring. Very Respecfully, William Monroe"

"We faced a whole-house flooring install, along with removal of carpet and tile. CMH Flooring, Inc. handled the entire project seamlessly, from measuring for material to prep to install. The project went smoothly and efficiently, and we are so happy with how the finished flooring and stairs look and feel. The entire CMH team was great to work with."

"Fantastic! The floors had a bad cupping issue and they made them look like new!"

"The scheduler did not tell me I had to furnish materials, so wrapping porch columns in vinyl could not be done. I assumed quoted price included materials. It did not. The workman who did the other jobs (repairing stairs, cutting off a door, fixing an ill hanging door and repairing two cabinet hinges) did a good job. However the scheduler corrected the price and quoted $1257 for the work accomplished, which only took 6 hours. That is over $200 an hour. Happy with the work, unhappy with the price."

"We had the existing tile removed from our kitchen floor and new tile installed. Our experience was fantastic from beginning to end. Tigran is an excellent communicator, prompt and professional. The finished product is exactly what we wanted. Don t pass up this business! Highly recommended."

"They were the only ones that provided a detailed description of the materials and work to be done. A lot of contractors in Rochester are very loose with invoices and contracts…"

"The project was top notch. Not only did they consistently show up on time, but they finished the project early and very Professional. Final project turned out great"
