They used their equipment for several days to make sure it got to those levels and checked on me almost daily to make sure everything was ok. They asked if I noticed a difference and of course I did, they inspected every inch of my place for mold, dust, mild dew, etc. They notice the filters I was using were incorrect and recommended the right ones and provided a link to where I can purchase in bulk to save money and how often to change them to be for effective based on my unit.
