"Aaron came out, appraised the situation, and returned in two hours with replacement springs. In thirty minutes he'd fixed the door, lubed the chain and tracks, and even moved a section that was rubbing against the top of the door. When he was done our door was moving a ton more smoothly and quietly than it ever has in the three years we've lived here. Highly recommend."

"It is so refreshing to work with an old school type of company. Their website, while a little outdated, is very clear and gives great information on what could be wrong and how much it will cost. No coupons. No discounts. But that’s ok - cause their pricing is transparent. Rudy was great - such a nice young man. Articulate and efficient. Knew exactly what was wrong and fixed it quickly. Would definitely recommend and will be my go to for any future garage door repairs. Note: I usually don’t take the time to write reviews but was so impressed with this company that I am taking the time to write this."

"Wonderful! Ray is the BEST!! Very fair quote, came out the next day and replaced both springs (at my request). On his own initiative he also greased and cleaned whatever needed greasing and cleaning for no extra charge. I had no idea how quiet a garage door could be! Recommended him to my neighbor and now on Angie's. This guy deserves your business!!"

"The AG tech explained the problem, and what repair/s were needed. He spent time explaining the garage door parts and their functions. I felt he was competent in his field. That is why I hired this company for the repair work."

"Fair prices and very quick to respond. Came to fix the garage door within an hour of my request. Would definitely recommend!"

"I needed a broken spring on my garage door replaced. When I was contacted by North Shore they said they could fix the problem today and were available until 6pm. Freddy was awesome. He arrived early and was waiting for me to arrive from work. He went over the work and completed the job before I knew it. He was very thorough and made sure the door was balanced and operating properly before he left. A great technician and an awesome person. North Shore will be my first choice for any future repairs. I highly recommend them."

"Quick contact. Originally contacted for a repair of springs. Ended up getting a whole new garage door and opener. They were able to come out the next day for a free quote. They were available throughout the process for any questions I had. Great family business, great work done"

"Luckas, came right out accessed the problem with my garage door, as a broken spring. He explained what he could do, which was to go purchase the specialty spring, and comeback the next day to make the repairs and install the new spring. The whole process took less than 24 hours. He was polite courteous and fair. I will use Bantandon again if my other garage door faults."

"The doors are modern, unique and add value to my home. I would definitely recommend Modern Fance. The communication was very good and professional. Thank you for making everything easy and enjoyable."
