"The repair was completed timely and service was very professional. The work was completed properly and the workers were very friendly. I would recommend to anyone needing repairs or a new roof installed."

"We needed a roof replacement and were looking for a company we could trust. Berg Roofing did a great job on our roof from start to finish They delivered exactly what was promised at the price quoted, with no high-pressure sales tactics. We also appreciated that they provided a list of local homes with the shingle colors we were considering, which made the decision much easier. Working with Nick made the process simple and stress-free. He was responsive, kept us informed about scheduling, and clearly explained our options and pricing. On installation day, the crew arrived right on time, worked efficiently, and left the property spotless when they were done. Their workmanship was impressive. We?re extremely happy with the results and would confidently recommend Berg Roofing to anyone seeking reliable, high-quality service."

"4 County Construction is the BEST company I’ve worked with in a long time. Phenomenal customer service from beginning to end. They handled a full roof replacement, new gutters, and cedar siding. Maria and Roberto make it a point to ensure the customer understands every aspect of the process, that all questions were answered and that you are comfortable before moving forward. They are prompt in their responses whether phone call, text or email and never hesitate to go above and beyond to make sure the customer has what they need. "I really could not have asked for better administrative and management service. The actual work and the carpenter himself was equally as great. The carpenter was creative in delivering a great product. I would like to assume that some carpenter would have charged a bit less, but it would not have been worth the savings to either get inferior service, a headache, or a questionable product."

"RK Roofing was there when they were suppose to be. Some extra work needed to be done. I needed a upstairs bathroom roof vent installed. They put in the vent and also hooked up the roof vent to the upstairs bathroom exhaust pipe. The crew was friendly, answered any questions. Finished on time. Also they were very thorough to clean around the house so no garbage or nails. The quote was very reasonable."

"Lake county roofs was amazing love my new roof. They cleaned up after and left my residence cleaner then when they arrived. I highly recommend them. Darin is excellent about retuning calls or texts and his quote was right in our budget."

"Great roof, great installation, A+"

"I can unequivocally recommend McCann Window and Exteriors for residential replacement windows. We hired McCann to install nearly 40 vinyl and wood windows in both 3BR apartments of our 2-flat. Kevin is knowledgeable and straightforward in the advice and recommendations he offers. For the initial quote, Kevin arrived on the scheduled day and time and was patient with us over a 2 to 3-week period as we tweaked job specifics, styles, and strategies for what was (for me as a new landlord/2-flat owner) a fairly large job. McCann’s crew took as much care in installing windows in the rental unit as they did for those installed in the owner’s unit, and this meant a lot. There was attention to detail inside and out, particularly with the sealing/caulking/seams (super important in the context of windows and durability). Kevin’s in-office presentation of options was especially informative, and it helped us understand and appreciate that he is indeed a small business owner (which we were even happier to patronize for this reason). Good email and phone communication in the lead-up and throughout the job. I wholly recommend McCann Windows if you’re considering the purchase and installation of replacement residential windows."

"Mal Graifman placed his highly skilled and diligent team to work. The team replaced our old aluminum siding with vinyl - gorgeous! Then tore off our old stucco and Tudor style cross boards. They used a hardy board to replace both and the look could not be more appealing and beautiful! Lastly, they replaced an enormous amount of wood trim and then carefully wrapped it with aluminum. Long story short, we could not be happier with the job Mal's team completed!! They exceeded our expectations and their attention to detail was nothing short of amazing!! I would happily recommend Professional Home Improvement to anyone!"
