This was at 8:00PM, and I was contacted almost immediately by Roman. I liked the responsiveness, read some online reviews, and decided to go with him. The guess was a leaking toilet, although we didn't hear it running at all. We agreed to start there, at a very reasonable price, and we set up an appointment. Brandon arrived right on time, and he is an absolute pleasure to deal with. He is professional, courteous, polite, fast, and very knowledgeable.
