"I hired M&M for a fairly extensive residential project involving extending a natural flagstone patio, removing several trees and stumps, paving an apron to a workshop entrance, and paving a long driveway which included laying about 50+ square feet of cobblestone between an existing asphalt parking area and new asphalt driveway. <br /> At the initial visit Mike Wisdom of M&M spent time explaining various options and answering all my questions. He followed up with a written estimate outlining the various options. When he was scheduled to begin the work, he showed up when he said he would with about eight workers. The work was conducted in an efficient and professional manner over a three day period and Mike was on hand to supervise the work and address all of my questions or concerns. All his workers were pleasant, courteous, and clearly took pride in their work. <br /> As is the nature with complex projects, it sometimes happens that there are differing understandings as to the scope or nature of the work, and such was the case for one small, but important aspect of this project. It concerns me less that there is a misunderstanding than how the problem is addressed. When I brought it to Mike?s attention he did not try to evade the issue, but rather tried to find a resolution. "My experience with Real Dry was exceptional throughout the whole process. Last year, we were getting water in our basement whenever there was a heavy rain. Steve came and assessed the situation, and recommended digging wells around our basement windows and door and filling them with gravel for better drainage straight down (rather than toward the house/windows). We initially talked about also digging a well in the front of the house, where water would pool due to our lack of gutters and then come in through the foundation. So the initial estimate included all of that. When Steve arrived on the actual day with his crew, I told him that I didn't think we needed to have a well in the front of the house because I was planning on getting gutters and that should take care of that. He adjusted the estimate accordingly with absolutely no hassle. The work itself was done quickly and professionally and the basement has been bone dry ever since, despite some incredibly heavy rain.
