"On the first day they did a complete tear off of the roof, then protected with ice guard. Advised there was no rotting on roof, but when I got on the roof I saw rotting. I sent pictures and he asked what I wanted done. He fixed this the second day. There was no problem with the back end.
On the third day, they shingled the whole roof. They did not clean up properly, I found nails and cigarette butts in my yard. He did replace the rotting boards, but tried to charge extra for this, however this was part of the contract. He ended up honoring this additional project."
