Tom and I walked the roof after the old roofing was torn off, exposing the deterioration of the underlying structure. He explained to me the different alternatives to reroof and the costs of each. I was pleasantly surprised at the final cost; it was well within what I had budgeted for the project even with the additional cost of replacing rotten wood that I was previously unaware of. I didn't get a metal roof that I thought I wanted because of the low pitch of the roof (1/12), it had nothing to do with the contractor, I chose the final product due to code enforcement regulations. His work crew were very industrious and respectful of my property. I walked the property after they left. I found NO nails, screws or debris left behind. I highly recommend this roofing company for price, courtesy, professionalism, and personal integrity. I am one happy Great-grandma!"
