After the fact, he was too casual with it but part of that is my fault. I should have demanded more specific in the contract, he was too general in the contract. There was too much room for play, for a lack of a better expression. That bothered me as we were doing it. He should have been more specific for all parties involved for protection. When you are talking thousands of dollars from my perspective as a customer"

"Some of the negative problems a mess was left big chuncks of concrete under my furniture some stuff wasn't covered properly. Something very sentimental to me got broke i got told 'm sorry that happened they were told to becareful due to breakable items. They offered to come back & clean up all the mess that was left & fix some other issues. The two guys who came back for my concerns were very nice & respectful & addressed & fixed the issues. The installation team was very friendly as well but was the ones that left the mess & broke a item of mine I've had for 10 yrs. So very heart broke over that. Now just waiting to see how my basement holds up when it rains heavey or for days at a time."
