"Very high pressure sales. They were more interested in getting it done quickly than the quality of the installation. The aluminum trim around the windows looks good but they did not replace all of the old wood underneath I requested. They would put it over anything. They did not bother to brush off the sills before covering them or remove saw dust. Many of them were cut too small because they assumed all trim was the same size. They had to redo most of them and they didn’t do the bottom corner’s correctly even though I explained to them how they should be done. When they didn’t want to do something they acted like they didn’t understand me."

To my satisfaction all aspects of the work performed was top quality even as stated above the weather didn't cooperate at times. The Thermalfit Crew just worked around it. The discussion started almost 2 years ago about this project and the difficulty was than no manufacture made a Navy Blue color siding in there listing until I spotted a company (this fall) out of Canada with a RI distributor sent me actual samples of what I was looking for and the rest is history. So far to date I've used Thermalfit twice (roof & siding) and would use them for any future projects."
