"Guil was great! I appreciated his professionalism and honesty. After assessing the job, he suggested a few ideas of what he thought would work best (refinishing an exterior picture window frame) and let me choose what worked for me. "We hired RIB for bathroom remodel in our house. Mario was our project manager. As we proceeded with the project, we discovered additional issues with our house that required repair, so we expanded the scope of the project to repair an exterior wall with water damage, apply stucco to the exterior of our entire house, and also replace our existing metal roof with asphalt shingles. The whole project took about 6 month start to end. We are happy with the new beautiful bathrooms, roof and exterior walls built by Mario team. Mario is very responsive to our questions and concerns through out the project. We mainly used Whatsapp to communicate, which is very useful when I didn't have time take phone calls at work. During the main phase of our project, Mario also visited us in person every day, to discuss progress. We appreciate how Mario kept us informed, and also patiently explained many details in remodeling to us, which is important for us when making decisions during our project. There were some period of time where Mario was visiting A foreign country , Even when he was having a time zone difference, he managed to respond to our questions within 24 hours and managed the project remotely. There were some challenges during the project and Mario always made sure that any issues occurred was taken care of. We don't have to worry about mistakes from the construction crew. When testing the shower pan of our new upstairs bathroom, little water leakage occurred and we found that water came out of a light bulb downstairs. Mario had his crew came in about 2 hours , and fixed the water leakage, and also opened the ceiling and walls in the affected areas to ensure that there is no water damage inside before re-sealing them. 2) During the construction of our new roof, the roofer took a misstep and his leg punched a hole in the interior ceiling of our living room. Mario sent his crew to repair our interior ceiling to ensure that the repaired area has the same texture, and repaint"

"I'm a true believer that people crosses your path for a reason. Ramy and his wonderful team provided the best experience with working with a construction team anyone can ask for. Like others who can relate, I had an awful experience with a past remodeling project that traumatized me for life. It was hard for me to trust just anyone! Ramy took that all away. He was confident, easy to talk to, provided reassurance, and professionalism in every way. He would say, I'm with you until the end! I never thought I would have the kitchen of my dreams and he brought it to life plus more. He was with me every step of the way even on unexpected hiccups that comes with renovation. Not to mention he answered my call or text anytime of the day to provide me updates or answer my questions. His goal was to make sure I was happy with the outcome! Now, I have to pinch myself every day to see if it's really true. I look at my beautiful kitchen and can not stop smiling! Not only did it bring joy to me but my entire family! Thank you! Thank You! Thank You Ramy! I'm grateful for you and your entire team! You are all the sweetest! If you are looking for someone you can trust please don't hesitate, you're in safe hands with R Design!
