"I would highly recommend Building in Harmony for any windows installation or replacements, retrofit or new build job. They recently finished our 8-unit homeowners associated town home in Redondo Beach and did an excellent job. Michael is a pleasure to work with and spent a lot of time with us in selecting the design and model of windows that were right for the project. He started with reviewing all the various manufacturers, models and style to make sure we selected the right product. He was very willing to work with us on price and installation time frame with his ultimate aim being happiness that we got the right product and the right job done the first time. We interviewed several window companies and selected Frontier because of their capabilities, price, and willingness to work with us. The installation process for replacement windows was a very smooth operation. They could install all 12 units, approximately 70 windows in 7 days, including setup, removal of old windows, installation and clean up. The people who ran the installation were also a pleasure to work with, they really cared about the project turning out correctly and spent a lot of time with us on the last day making sure each detail was perfect. The company itself is also very respectful of personal privacy and COVID protocols to keep us safe, which we appreciated. "While they were up there cleaning the gutters they told me about the deterioration of all the sealants on the air vents, the chimney and exhaust fans on the roof. They took pictures and showed me and I had them redo all the sealants. I have a feeling that that was a smart way for them to get some more work (most people aren't aware of the damage the Ca sun can do). It was the owner of the company and his son that did all the work and they were clean, pleasant and professional. When the 1st rains came after the work was done I suddenly remembered a small leak we had had in our bathroom and IT WAS NO LONGER THERE!! I was very happy with the work they did and would definitely recommend using them."
