"These guys and their team are stellar. After contacting them, they immediately scheduled a date to assess the foundation - other companies sometimes took days to return a call or schedule. They did measurements both inside and outside the home, and most importantly, asked me where the problem areas were at, and listened to my concerns and any individual aspect I'd noticed about the home that might affect the work to be done. The work estimate was moderate and thoughtful - other companies that assessed our home seemed to propose an all or nothing route to fixing, but Two Brothers took their time and didn't propose for more work than necessary. When discussing payment, I was very impressed that their main concern was that they didn't consider the job finished until they'd met all agreed upon items, and that I was happy with the quality of the work. Their price was excellent as well, and this got them the job. Jacob took the time to explain everything, and I was very happy he also showed what types of after-affects would occur to the house after foundation work. Everyone expects some changes, but he pinpointed what would change and where. He stuck to his estimate and kept his work dates, contacting me before, during and after work completion. Guillermo and his workers came and walked through what work was going to be done, and kept me informed of any changes, delays and progress. They worked very hard, and did a fantastic job at cleaning up and repairing any immediate (but expected) changes that occurred. Everyone was polite, focused, and I felt they treated my home as if they were working on their own. Foundation repair can cause a home owner all sorts of nightmares, but these guys come from a family history of doing foundation repairs in Texas (and everything that brings!) and their quality and expertise show.
