"WE CALLED AMTECH IN THE AFTERNOON ON A TUESDAY AND THE SERVICE TECHNICIAN WAS AT OUR HOUSE THE NEXT DAY BY 10 AM. THE TECHNICIAN WAS VERY NICE AND KNOWLEDGABLE ABOUT THE BRAND NAMES OF OUR WASHER AND DRYER (THEY ARE DIFFERENT BRANDS). HE INSPECTED THE WASHING MACHINE, WHICH TURNS OUT HAD EXTENSIVE DAMAGE AND INFORMED US THAT IT WAS NOT WORTH REPAIRING. THE DRYER, HOWEVER, JUST NEEDED ONE PART.
