"I hired Mike 2 more times to fix appliances (3 times total). Most recent was to fix an older GE (or Kenmore) stackable washer/dryer single unit. Again, all work was wonderful and Mike is just a really nice and honest guy. Only issue is the punctuality. He really does try but unfortunately his busy schedule can cause him to be late. I would definitely recommend him for his work."

"From the moment I called Mr Appliance I knew I was in good hands! When I called I let them know I needed someone out as soon as possible and they were able to get someone out the very next day, I even got an email the night before my appointment that came with a picture and name of the tech so I knew who to open the door for, which I feel nowadays is so important. The tech showed up on time and even called me before he was heading over just to make sure I was home. Once arriving he laid down a mat at my front door and put on little shoe covers to keep my floors clean, it was a quick fix because luckily they had the parts already on the van and they quoted a very reasonable price for the repair. I was told I also get a 1 year warranty on the part and labor which I hope I don't have to use, its just comforting to have. I will absolutely use Mr Appliance in the future and will let my friends and family know to call them for all their appliance needs!"
