"This work was a request for my elderly mother's plumbing issue and was completed by Josh. The cost seemed a little pricey, and I felt that they were trying to take advantage of my mother because she is elderly. But they emailed an invoice with a breakdown of parts used, work completed, and labor costs. It still seems a little high, but at least now I understand why. Otherwise, Josh did a fantastic job, was very professional, and took pictures of the work completed. My mother was extremely satisfied with her new pull-down sprayer kitchen faucet. Josh arrived on time and completed the work within the estimated time. From reading some of the other reviews, I would use Vegas Valley Plumbing again, but I would only request Josh to do the work. "Full marks for True Drain & Rooter who responded the same day to my completely clogged and backed up shower drain. After clearing the shower drain, Nick (the owner) did an assessment of the drains system to identify situations that may need to be addressed at some future time. No sales pitch - just information. When finished, Nick and Dallas cleaned up the unavoidable mess that working on drains creates. Their rates are very reasonable and much lower than the quote I received from a national “chain name” for the same job. I definitely expect to call them again."

"Put simply, if you aren't using MC Plumbing for all of your plumbing needs, you should be. Woke up this morning to a leak in my garage. A friend recommended MC Plumbing, and when I called at 730am Scott answered the phone on the second ring. He listened to my problem, and arranged to have someone come take a look between 8am and 10am. As I write this, it is still not 10am, and my problem has been fixed. Makay showed up on time, was courteous and professional, and immediately fixed my problem. There was no upselling, and I wasn't charged for anything I didn't need. Honestly, I've dealt with a lot of licensed professionals, and you would be very hard-pressed to find any better than MC Plumbing. My highest possible recommendation!"

"We do not recommend. They came out to fix our leak and caused a bigger leak. Manager is rude and can't talk to him they think they are right. They will not do any repairs from their neglect. Manger came for a site visit. Only listed to there tech and not what we have found out about our pool and what they did wrong. I do not recommend and highly recommend going with someone else."
