"The company rep. Was familiar with my house model and community rules even before he arrived to look at my job. I wanted the soaker tub and shower converted to a wheelchair accessible shower. Contract specs were spelled out in detail. Payment schedule was detailed. Designer was easy to work with to select tiles and fixtures. Specialized crews arrived ontime, kept a neat worksite, and were friendly to accomplish their assigned task. Job managers came periodically to watch progress and ask for my input on placement of items. My adjacent rooms were adequately protected from construction mess. Job took 3 weeks. I'm very happy with the results"
