The job did take two days due to unforeseen plumbing issues- but they were able to correct the problem and continue with installation. "Based on our experience, DL Flooring and Design is an excellent company to deal with. Their installers did an outstanding job installing 2' X 2' heavy marble tile in our master bedroom. The installers were both professional and friendly and did not get upset with my questions during the installation. Dealing with the organization from the business end was also a welcomed surprise. The work was done on time, as promised, and the price was fair and competitive. When a problem (of my own making) arose, they handled it promptly, professionally, and, at no additional cost. "So my issue was that some tiles had to be replaced because of an issue with my bathroom tub spout that had caused some leaking to my downstairs neighbor. A plumber from a well known franchise company left me so devastated with a large square hole that he patched up with tape and told me you need to find someone to put the tiles back in.
