"Chris and his team are absolutely fabulous!!  A++  Not only are they respectful of your home and noise levels, they are patient and communicate extremely well in the worst weather conditions (our winter this year has not been very helpful to outdoor projects!!).  The team arrived on time every day, they were neat and always cleaned up at the end of the day.  The work itself... "It was a hard job because it was a small space but they did a great job. They were on time and it took longer than they thought it would but that didn’t matter as long as it was done right. They were very professional and made sure everything was kept clean. They kept us updated on what was going on and the owner let me pay for the shower unit and doors with my credit cards. That was very accommodating and they worked hard and did the best they can. They were not having a lot of conversation on their phone and they were not standing around doing nothing. They were polite and there were no inappropriate conversations."

"The final product is grand, but it took almost 5 months. The guys working were very nice and friendly, but fell short in areas that would have made this long process more positive. They never, even on their last visit cleaned up after themselves, they usually arrived at 9 or 10 AM and usually left by 3 pm, other jobs always seemed to take precedence. They were not into details and had to redo a number of things that were not right, but to their credit, they did fix everything we asked. All in all, the end product was worth it, these are minor blips, but I did want others to know. And, to be fair, some of the overall delays were our fault as we asked them not to work while we were away and we were away a few weeks during this process."

Our only gripe with Pella is that when they put in this door for us we told them we wanted to do other projects but they never got back to us to give us a quote on the other work we did. So they missed out on a $30,000 project. I will not use them again in the future."

He was flexible with the amount of work we could do, and was willing to do things like reuse wood that was still good. I thought his estimate was fair.
