"Excellent. Great response and quick repair followup. Shingle replacement on older roof and a great job matching shingles as close as possible."

"David was attentive to my situation and made good suggestions; we spent a good deal of time sitting on the roof, in cold weather to come to a decision; well worth the time and effort. The response was rapid and executed by two thorough and exceptionally hard working crews. David and his crews came well equipped with extra parts so as to minimize trips to dealers. Work progressed from dawn to night time. Clean up crew was thorough and worked through the day with the roofers. David and his crew are personable and easy to work with. I strongly recommend Rackley Roofing & Supply and his crews."

"We are so grateful to have gotten our porch roof repaired this week. Marino was so knowledgeable of what needed to be done to fix our problem. He and his team made every effort to ensure the job was completed correctly and to our satisfaction before they left after a long hot day. They were thorough in their clean-up and left us with sparkling windows we could not reach where the repair work had been done. Our experience with them is definitely a "5." For the first time in a long time, it's nice to know we won't have to worry about leaks and further damage to our porch when heavy rains come."

"They're good roofers. They did a good job. They were quick."

"I cannot say enough good things about Roofer Direct, and specifically Tony Parker. After dealing with the stress of getting other quotes, Tony came out and was a absolute breath of fresh air. His honesty and integrity completely blew me away. Instead of pushing for unnecessary, massive overhauls like others might, he gave me a completely transparent assessment and took care of exactly what needed to be fixed. The performance and quality of the work were outstanding, and Tony's professionalism is unmatched. It is incredibly rare to find a contractor who truly looks out for people and operates with this level of heart. They have earned a customer for life. Highly recommend Tony and The Roofer Direct."

"From the very beginning, Scott Gunter, the Hixon Company Representative, came to our home well prepared and with plans for an outdoor screened porch and to have a new roof installed. Scott delivered as he said he would, on time, and the best workmanship we could afford. Once here, theHixon crew went right to work. They were on time, quick, but yet, efficient. We couldn't be more happy with the roof. We did install a quality roof with architectural shingles. It was done in two days. There were many, friendly and efficient workers, all here at the same time. They worked very hard and were relentless in their efforts to please my wife and me."

"The roof was a DaVinci synthetic slate roof. It looks incredible. The installation was professionally done. I would recommend Emerson Home Services without qualification."

"Everything went great. Our project was a roof replacement. Paul was very professional & thorough explaining the process and material options, followup and answering any questions/concerns we had. We liked the quality of the product he offered. He was present during the actual installation. We highly recommend him."
