We also had 2 fixed pane 4'x5' windows replaced and the entire house painted. Our project manager, Ivan was fantastic and we couldn't have asked for a more professional person. He was attentive to our needs and desires and would offer recommendations when asked. It was obvious that customer satisfaction was his goal. At the end of everyday during our project, other than the completed work, we couldn't tell the work crew was onsite, everything was cleaned up! We already have other projects in mind for Make a Choice Home Exterior."

"Make A Choice was challenged with a huge job on our 39 year old house and met it with fantastic quality work, service and skills. Our job involved rebuilding our entire siding chimney, replacing much siding and rotted work, reworking and painting soffits, new gutters, putting on leaf guards, misc. exterior repairs, rebuilding our front porch railings and painting the entire house. We were absolutely thrilled to see the A+ job they did, sticking to their bid, working quickly and with very skilled workers (best painting I've ever had). Chuck, our job manager, was on top of everything - he quickly made any requested changes or corretions, and was very knowledgable about all aspects of home construction. The owner was always there when the city came to inspect for permits, and the house was built to all the codes. We are not used to having such perfect work from uncomplaining constructions folks! Make a Choice was one of the best decisions we ever made - thank you Make a Choice!"

"This was a great service experience. Jon came out to provide an estimate within 3 days of my initial contact. He thoroughly reviewed our needs and suggested that we install white gutters with terratone covers to match our roof - he was the only person to suggest this to us and it looks really nice. Once we decided to go with Gutter Creations, they arrived to do our job a week later. A small crew worked diligently and as quietly as possible, considering that old gutters had to be torn off and completely replaced. The job site was left clean, apart from a few stray screws (so sweep your driveway after they're gone!) After a couple of days, Jon called to be certain that we were 100% happy, and we are."

Disappointed. We have used DIxon previously and have recommended them to other family members to use.  This was our last time using Dixon.  Too much hassle and aggravation didn't make it worth the price difference.

There is no quality control or walk through of any supervisor prior to them showing up to collect a check.  A crew (non English speaking) shows up, can't communicate, rework is necessary because wrong deck color was purchased, walls were not painted correct color, areas in closet and bathroom were not painted at all and ALOT of oversplash of white paint on the red brick exterior, driveway, etc.  Crew initially was not respectful of the house (trash, drink containers, bathroom usage) or other workers in the house.

I feel they only corrected items at my fathers house because we had also contracted with them to do our exterior paint refresh as well.  Same issues and this time an argument from the Quality Manager about all the white paint on our red brick exterior.  He stated that it was the previous painters and essentially called me a liar.  Only the trim, eves, doors, window surrounds, etc. were to be painted.  Repairs were done shoddy and we requested they redo with the materials that were quoted, screens were not put back on the correct windows, windows are painted shut, shrubs were broken and damaged, etc.

This used to be a great company and service provider.  They've painted two other houses and a barn of ours over the last 15 years all were great, but something is really lacking in their service approach at this point.  Again, disappointing.

"Eddie installed PVC trim boards on the back of my home on 8/19/26, and I can't explain enough how meticulous he was and how perfectly detailed he installed the boards. Eddie takes pride in his work! He also replaced 2 other boards that were improperly installed by someone else. If anyone wants their project done with perfection, please contact Jee Home Improvement, they will not disappoint. He's very friendly, knowledgeable and personable. I've already shared his information with my neighbor, and I will hire him to do other projects soon. Be courteous and give him plenty of cold bottled water because it's hot in Georgia! :)"

"Highly recommend Andrew - best contractor I have had work on my home. Andrew's work is above expectation. Great work ethic, reliable, honest and wide range skillset. Andrew is very professional and very detailed. He has worked on remodeling my kitchen/downstairs powder room and has been thorough in the work. From installing the tile flooring, plumbing for the kitchen sink, bathroom sink and new shut-off valves for both, backsplash installation, electrical outlets and lighting, etc. He worked with the countertop installers to ensure proper installation, suggesting for my bathroom to add 1/2" to countertop so no issues with the new sink and faucet. He communicated with me daily on any issues or fixes, e.g. pointed out details that were fixed during the upgrade. Every night he would ensure the areas were cleaned and swept - nice to have someone who respects your home. I already have started a list of "to do" projects knowing he can be trusted and do a detailed job!!"
