"Brad was FAST at getting to me when I sent the quote request. They were here within hours. I was in a bad spot. No one else responded. I was buying the house I was living in, closing next day. I asked for a quote to fix the problem and eval the roof. The home inspect was done with snow, so didn?t see problems. I would have backed out of purchasing if I had needed to pay for roof, which Brad knew. He quoted me $5500 for the repair. Said that guaranteed THEIR (this is an important element) work for 10 years.
