"I will start by saying that the work they did waterproofing our basement looks good, and I am hopeful that it has fixed our problem. We've had a good bit of rain recently, and so far, so good. That, of course, is the most important thing. That said, I chose this company, even though they were on the high range of the quotes I received, because I did not mind paying more for a professional experience and great customer service. I was disappointed with this aspect of the experience. The day they were scheduled to begin they never showed up, and I ended up calling them three times that day. The woman in the office was responsive, but she said that they did not know where they were. The next scheduled appointment was for the morning, and they did not end up coming until 2pm, again without any communication. Both instances were due to car issues, but a phone call to keep me updated would have been appreciated to allow me to better plan my day. When they did start the work the crew leader was friendly and appeared to know what he was doing, but he offered little information about the job unless I asked. Prior to the work being done, I also had to keep after the sales representative to put their warranty in writing. Twice he promised to email it to me, and only after contacting him a third time did he send it through. If I had not paid so much (over $11,000) I would have given them another star, but at this price point my expectations were high."

They were prompt in arriving, courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly throughout our installation of spherical piers to stabilize our sinking foundation. Cleanup was excellent and pace of work was amazing. My ENTIRE experience from my first phone call to the completion of the job was without flaw or drama. We decided to ventilate rather than seal out crawlspace. 2 1/2 day job, crew worked continuously, was neat and cleaned up each day before they left, courteous, the crawlspace is now very nice, clean and fresh. <br />"

Eddie Geyer came to our home and was very professional (and polite) from the beginning to the end. We had several companies come out but chose this company due to their fair price, through inspection and professionalism. Mr. Geyer and his crew did an excellent job cleaning our vents (they had never been cleaned before). He answered all our questions and we feel confident that the vents are in much better condition now. I highly recommend this company."

"Chelsea and T have been involved in 2 past projects in our house (a technology nook build and a mantle/fireplace/hearth build). The work is clean and precise. So clean and precise that they are redoing the kitchen and pantry currently. Chelseas virtual mock ups and ideas really helped direct us in what WE wanted. The kitchen/pantry isnt completed yet, but they knocked the first two projects out of the park by making the design flow with the existing surroundings to be eye popping, but look original as well. Im sure the kitchen/pantry will have the same result. I trust them."

They had to construct one wall to completely enclose the space, and they also lined all the inside brick supporting pillars. They had to remove all the old insulation between rafters of our first floor. They also rebuilt and insulated the doorway to get under the house. It was a first-class job and I was very pleased."
