The gentleman that was hired to take care of the Design Deals did not do his job properly if at all. With that said, the best I can offer is to set up appointments to meet with the area manager so that he can get thing taken care of. "I hired Coastal because I had hired another company to replace the timer system. They said call us back and we will adjust and replace any sprinkler heads that needed attention. It will not cost much. I called 3 times and they never came. Coastal came and did the job. I think it was a little pricey, but the job was done quickly and it works fine now."
