"I called at 7:30 am. Blaine had my old water heater working again by 8:30. I requested that he replace it at his convenience. He came back with a new one a few hours later and had it installed by 1:00pm. We are very pleased with the quality of product and expert installation. We now have a "guy" we can trust to take care of our plumbing and H/A needs. Thanx Blaine!!"

"Some may think Ben Franklin is expensive. We required Sunday service and quickly arrived at our house. Josh worked tirelessly to troubleshoot and find the problem. I never been disappointed by Ben Franklin and this visit continues that experience. Five star, expert service and repairs."

"Really great guy. Did a fantastic job. Came in on a Saturday and installed a tankless water heater in our home. I couldn't be more satisfied"

"Very well! Highly recommend MVP plumbing they installed a tankless water heater and I love it! Great customer service great pricing overall great service!"

"He was able to quickly diagnose that the water leak from the water heater was a result of a ruptured tank, resulting in the need to replace the entire water heater."

"The yearly service works out to be $50 a month. We've had two water heaters replaced through them because of a fault in them. They're usually very responsive. I like that I can request the service online. The only thing is, I wish that there was a better avenue for emergency services. If something doesn't work right away usually it takes a couple of days to get someone out and sometimes you can't wait two days without water."

"Was quick and very easy. Came out same day as I called. Came in and took out the old water heater and replaced it with the new. Quick and friendly."
