"I could tell from the minute Stan Petriyenko of Superior Building Concepts came to give me a bid on my primary bathroom remodel that he was an experienced and knowledgeable professional. He measured carefully, listened to what I hoped to do asking pertinent questions. He also brought up ideas I hadn’t thought of. He provided a thorough and detailed bid. After I accepted the bid he did a fantastic job of keeping me informed on the schedule and this continued throughout the project. I was always informed about what would be happening next on the project and the times he or his subcontractors would arrive. At the start of the remodel Stan met me at the plumbing supply and tile / countertop showrooms and gave me helpful tips and recommendations on products. He next set up dust shielding and floor / carpet protection. The work area and path from the entry door were kept organized and clean throughout. All of the subs used were experienced providing excellent workmanship."

work that Jay Bemis at Timeless Construction did on our recent remodel
and addition which took place in 2015- 2016.  After interviewing several

His crew and his subcontractors were on the job site and - on time - everyday, respectful
of my home, my family and our needs as we lived in our home as the
renovation and construction took place over 15 months.  This being my
5th remodeling experience - working with such a crew was a pleasure!

"During wind storm a tree fell on out buildings. A garage and 2 sheds. This company was fast in tarping garage roof to keep rain from getting in. Also, Anwar was quick to give estimates on repairing garage roof and sheds. His crews put new roof on garage and sheds as well as replacing broken rafters caused by the tree. They prepped and painted garage and sheds. They look brand new. Anwar interfaced with my insurance company to get additional considerations from the original insurance estimate. "Working with the team was great. Started with some interior work needed in a tight turn around line in order to complete prior to moving trucks arrival. The team worked well, were respectful and did quality work. They did painting, crown molding, installed new water heater, electrical changes installing multiple new lights along with a re- wire of a room that needed soffit and drywall updates. Changes and minor updates they did with no issue and were just gentleman and gentle women- even showing me how to use a drill. They were able to provide suggestion on ways to approach the work. Then added scope as the project they also took on updating 2 story deck ( Trex- cable railing) and installing garage shelving. Highly recommend!"
