"We highly recommend Bayshore Construction, LLC. We had a large remodel project that encompassed both interior and exterior major changes to our home. During our project, they moved walls, relocated a kitchen, built a new first floor master bedroom and bathroom, created a new laundry room/powder room, built several closets, replaced windows, fixed damaged siding, and provided highly valuable creative solutions to our design questions. While Bayshore Construction commonly is the general contractor on a job, we wanted to be our own general contractor. Bayshore worked with us on this. They gave us a complete list of recommended subcontractors and worked on a time and material basis. In particular, we really valued Paulâ s suggestions for design, fixing leaking window flashings from improper construction and suggestions for product suppliers for cabinets, counters, glass shower doors and cabinet hardware. For example, Paul suggested that we contacted Wickâ s floors to see if they could match our existing floor, and despite having a unique wide plank ash floor, they were able to match the floor. Paul is a Master Carpenter. We love the custom wood stove hood he designed and built! We are thrilled that Bayshore Construction could recreate the custom maple wood work to match the wood trim that previously existed in our home. Bayshore Construction provided excellent service, excellent quality of work, and excellent customer support to us. They are an excellent team to call if you need remodeling of your home."

"Mike updated my 1980's wood bannister to a mixture of wood and metal. Originally, I had him out to give me a quote to just do the carpentry work to install the quoted fabricator's fence insert design. When he looked at the project, he said he could do the entire job. The entire job was $650 less than just the fabricator's quote. The finished bannister is beautiful. The work area was left spotless as if he was never there. He was able to do the work in the exact framework of my time schedule. He will be my go to carpenter."

Additionally, I asked that cedar window trim be installed around my other windows as a separate project. Scheduling was timely and quality work was completed efficiently. They kept me apprised of any materials delays (covid-related) and were always highly responsive to my questions."

"Dan repaired and re-grouted a few areas in our shower. He cleaned and sealed the grout around the shower tile and on the tile floor. He also re-caulked the periphery of the entire tub and around the glass block window. He spent a lot of time removing all of the old caulk and did a fantastic job of re-caulking. I wish the people we had remodel the bathroom would have done it as finely as Dan did. He was friendly, very skillful at his job and cleaned up perfectly after the job was done. "Andy is a very professional contractor and is highly skilled.  He is very customer focused; he is a very good listener and is not afraid to make recommendations that will meet the homeowner's objectives at less cost, or to improve design esthetics of the home.  He will re-do work if the homeowner is not completely satisfied (although this is so very rare) and works very hard to meet client deadlines.  He is extremely knowledgeable about the quality, price and integrity of numerous home building/repair products and takes time to go with the customer to make product selections and explain the pros and cons of making a certain product selection. He manages to maintain an very clean work site on even the most dusty and  messy projects.  He is very polite, very friendly and just an all around nice guy.  He and his crew even took the time to take my dogs out during the kitchen remodeling project when I had to work some very long hours.   Anytime he has additional crew with him, he always takes the time to introduce the guys and they are always just as professional and friendly as Andy.  His finished product has always exceeded our expectations.  I just wish he would return my calls or text messages a little bit sooner....I have two additional projects that I need to have him work on that got bumped up on our "priority list" and I haven't been able to get in touch with him!!  Overall, he is an A+!  <br />"
