"We are so glad we went with Kirch. We narrowed it down to Kirch and one other builder we liked, but went with Kirch because they could meet our timeline (which the other vendor said they would not be able to meet and didn’t think anyone could). Well, they didn’t just meet our timeline, they beat it by 2 weeks. We had a run of good weather and they got after it. No let up once they started. Very organized. Start early and work hard all day. Communicative throughout entire process. Jaclyn responds to emails immediately. John talks you through everything and follows through on what he says. And the results are fantastic! We love our new deck. Exactly what we wanted and expected. We practically live on our deck May through September, and with this new deck it’s an even better place to hangout and relax with family and friends. So happy with it. Worth every penny. Thank you Kirch!"

"I plan to have Superior Improvements handle all future door and window problems. Ryan Loosen is the owner and also installed the my new patio door. Went above and beyond on installation and making sure everything was done correctly. Ryan really knows his stuff. He is meticulous, a perfectionist and very professional.

"I was cleaning out my gutters when I noticed that some were bent which was leading to leaves and anything else getting stuck in them. Also along the back of my house there was a hole causing water to leak out. I made the call on Friday to Watry Homes and as of yesterday they are fixed. It took maybe two hours or so to get the hole covered and to bend the gutter back into shape. I also got a quote for my siding while they were they so that when I am ready I can get both things replaced. I can not say enough about Scott who came out and did a great job of letting me know what was needed and what I would be looking at in terms of fixing now vs replacing. A lot of times a company will try to just say you need everything new when that may not be the case. Which makes me feel good to now yet again I made a great choice."

"Ryan was really great at what he accomplished. The carpentry of new stairs in an old house involves a lot of problem solving and puzzle work. I'm really pleased with how they turned out. Ryan is very friendly, professional and made sure the job was done well and cleaned up when he left each day. He was good at troubleshooting problems that came up and we worked around issues that had to be redesigned so the job could be completed within both of our timeframes."

"During the construction of the sun porch stairs, I brought to Michael's attention the unstable flooring inside the unheated sun porch, which lacked a proper foundation. In one corner, there was a large bouncy area. He removed the carpet and discovered that the joists had detached from the support beams. Michael reattached the joists, installed a new subfloor, and replaced the carpet, making it look and feel new and strong. This repair, which was not part of the original estimate, cost an additional $885. He performed the repair ingeniously from the inside of the house, without removing any siding. Additionally, Michael built the stairs and railings out of cedar and stained them. Although the same stain color was used, the two different types of wood resulted in a bright orange color that did not match our fence and backyard deck. I nervously contacted him about the discrepancy, and he fixed it. He explained that a darker stain could not simply be applied over the penetrating oil stain, so he had to sand it all off. He completed this extra work at no additional cost, despite our offers to pay him and his crew for their efforts. He insisted it was his responsibility to correct the mistake. He was very professional . He was a very good worker . Good worker and he was very honest and I would hire him again. I`m willing to pay for quality work, and he is definitely high quality work. He was always on time. He was always in good communication with us."

"Within days of purchasing the deal, I received the instructions and paper to draw my table templates. The table has 2 drop leaves plus 2 additional leaves that can be inserted in the table. The templates were pretty easy to draw. The finished pads were delivered in a very short time. They fit the table and each of the 4 leaves perfectly and magnetically lock together to keep them aligned when on the table. A year and a half later, I still love these pads."

"The experience was overall excellent, except after it was done I started to question the price and I noticed a few other things that make me grade slightly lower on both price and quality. I should have gotten more quotes, but I had already spent $129 for the one room. I did have a lot of issues and they had to replace a pretty large area of drywall in my hallway. I can’t grade them poorly on price, when I didn’t get more quotes and I didn’t question it until after the work was done and I had paid him. Chris (the owner) did say that he was willing to work with me on price, so I would take him up on that negotiation next time. I was naïve about the price before the project started. As far as quality, the color of the wood trim they replaced around my furnace chimney does not match the rest of the woodwork on the chimney. I have dark wood, and they stained it a bit lighter than that. I said it was acceptable, so it's my fault for not liking it as much after they left. When the sun hits it just right, I can really see the difference in color. But, like I said, it's my fault for saying it was ok. The craftsmanship on replacing that piece of trim was excellent. It looks beautiful, except the color being a bit off. The painter who did the painting afterwards found a couple areas where texture spray is missing and said there was texture spray on my ceiling fan blades facing the ceiling. He only mentioned that, because he didn’t want me to think he did it. I haven’t looked at the blades myself, but I believe him. The painter also pointed out a slight crack forming already near my chimney. I’ve already talked with the owner Chris about that and Chris said he’d come out and look at it. We haven’t made the appointment yet, but Chris seemed concerned about it and will stand behind his work. I’m not sure what’s going on there, because Mudslingers really did a thorough job replacing the drywall around my chimney. I was surprised to see the crack, as well. Overall the cleanup by Mudslingers was very thorough. I was able to comfortably move around my house during the project, which I wasn’t expecting to be able to do. My house looks 100% times better now than it did before Mudslingers repaired the walls. The owner (Chris), his son, and the 3rd worker were all very professional, nice, and they seemed to know what they were doing. His son even fixed a crack in my hallway that I hadn't even noticed. So I appreciated their being proactive while they worked. I trusted them with a key to my home and they used it responsibly. I would hire them again, but I would get a few quotes, just to compare prices. I didn't get more quotes because I had already invested $129 through Angie's List to hire them."
