"For our home addition/renovation we are very grateful to have found Richard Connolly and his site iCornerstone. Our vision was a Two-story + basement + livable attic space home addition which would provide significant practical square footage to our existing house and integrate seamlessly with it. We interviewed a number of general contractors but we were overall a bit uncomfortable after the interviews due to gaps in transparency regarding how costs were calculated and how timelines were established, resulting in some lack of confidence. We happened upon Richard’s iCornerstone site via Angies. Richard provided an extremely transparent and detailed description of his unique and practical process, which delivered a set of superb designs along with a truly logical, transparent, and honest listing of costs, both materials and labor, at all stages, and how those costs were derived. Richard also delivered transparency on timelines, and he provided recommendations for all the needed tradespeople that he had historically a close working relationship with; alternatively we could have selected tradespeople of our own choosing. Richard and his process gave us the utmost confidence for proceeding. We proceeded with our renovation under Richard’s guidance and his own crew and the entire process went according to plan with excellent communication, rapport, and confidence at all stages from excavation to final finish work. Transparency, confidence-building, dependability, highly knowledgeable, customer-friendly, and results-oriented are all terms we would use to describe Richard and the iCornerstone process. We strongly recommend Richard for anyone contemplating any home renovation or home addition, large or small."

"The workers came on the appointed day with a longer ladder, as suggested.    Terry called to ask if he and an assistant could come by earlier than the original appointment time because they had finished work scheduled in the area earlier than expected; that certainly worked for me.    He surveyed the roof, took pictures and reattached a loose shingle that had fallen into the gutter.   Terry showed me the pictures of the roof from many angles; they showed no other repairs were necessary at this time.  Terry asked if there was anything else that required attention, but nothing else was immediately apparent.  He gave me his card and explained that the company does general contacting work.  
I am very impressed with the speed and efficiency shown today and won't hesitate to call MMP Construction in future if I need general contracting work done.

"Every aspect of this project, from planning and architectural work to contractors, sub contractors and coordination was 100%. I received a spreadsheet every week with expenses as compared to budget including all materials and labor. Each step of the project including consultations, advice for saving $$ as well as suggestions for improvements in existing HVAC systems were valuable. All contractors were 100% reliable, professional, were creative and constructive in addressing challenges that emerge in any project and demonstrated outstanding follow through. The shop is extremely comfortable even on the coldest days and maintains even humidity for the wood. The project was on budget, on time and exceeded expectations, particularly with regard to workmanship, communication and professionalism."

"We were impressed with Bob from the first visit. ? We had a rough idea of what we wanted but after an hour of discussion with Bob and listening to his suggestions we knew where we wanted to go. ?Other contractors listened to what we had to say and gave us quotes but didn't offer the insight Bob brought to the project. ?His quote wasn't the least expensive but you do get what you pay for. ?All workers and subcontractors were efficient, skilled and always cleaned up at the end of the day. ?This was a months long project with us living in the house through most of the construction. ?Everyone went out of their way to make it as good a situation for us as possible. ?We're very happy with the work and will be using Bob in the future."

"Our existing bathroom was a half bathroom with sink vanity, toilet, washer and dryer. We needed to eliminate laundry equipment and add shower and closet in the space that was designated for a washer and dryer, and add outside venting. We also wanted to tile the whole bathroom up to the ceiling. The job was performed excellent and we are very happy with the choices we made. Bill Perry and his crew were working in our house before renovating basement and building rooms there, so we knew that they were the best company for us. Left a previous review but forgot to include electrical in the services. Thought Sanfer and subs did a nice job helping with decision making and installation.
