"I recently bought a house and needed a new furnace and I wanted to add central AC to my house. I have a friend who has been a contractor for 20 plus years in the town I moved to. I asked him who he uses, he said he only uses Druziako. I called them up and they came out gave me all my options and advised me on the best way to add duct work etc. They gave me a date they would be there and said it would take 2 days to complete the install. They showed up on time. They finished it in 2 days. Guys were professional and clean. The whole project came out better than I expected. I couldn't be more happy. I would recommend them to anyone. They provided a timely quote and showed up and did the work professionally and on time. There were a few hiccups, such as the installation of the hatch to the attic space, but Sila’s carpenter agreed to fix the problem at no additional cost to us, so I consider that to be excellent service. After two weeks, the system has been performing exactly as we hoped."

"I am reminded again why it is so priceless to find a contractor you can trust to keep things up and running. I managed to break one of the blades in my existing disposal, so I ordered a replacement unit and called Platinum Plumbing to set up an appointment to get it installed. While in the course of emptying the contents of my under-sink cabinets, as Murphy's Law would have it, I discovered evidence of a pretty serious leak. Although the initial appointment was just to replace the disposal, I told Robert about the leak I had discovered, and he quickly diagnosed it as a faulty faucet. Thankfully, he had a gorgeous Kohler faucet & spray attachment in stock in his truck, so he was able to swap out the faulty faucet for a very nice upgraded replacement. He also discovered a serious crack in the original copper pipe feeding out of the sink drain, so he cut the cracked piece out and put in the necessary fittings to get everything back ship-shape and leak-free. As always, Robert did absolutely fantastic work on everything, and cleaned up after he was done -- I almost hate to admit it, but I'm actually looking forward to washing the dishes tonight. The price was absolutely fair for all that he did, as well. I love doing business with Robert -- he always arrives at the promised time, is very friendly and professional, clearly knows his stuff, and shows you what's going on before (and after) he does the work. Highly recommended for any job, big or small!"

"Went extremely well. Jeff told me the options and talked me through each of them. Once decision was made, he scheduled everything and was done within a week. Removed old oil burner and tank. Installed new Rinnai combi unit, so now there was more room in basement for my clutter. He went above and beyond. Did such a good job, we hired him to redo our bathroom and received the same, excellent work. We will be keeping him on our speed dial for any other work that we will be doing in the future."

The camera showed a drop in the Sewer line and a line pitch problem, going from a 5 feet pitch to only a 2 1/2 feet pitch by the sidewalk. My line was cleared and now I am waiting for and estimate to fix or re-installation of the Sewer line."

"I was having new appliances delivered and installed that required a professional plumber. I did not have a long lead time, but they were able to accomodate my needs within my required time frame. I had not received complete instructions from the store where I bought the appliances, so 2 visits by Milltown were required. That probably added to the cost unnecessarily. They also fixed a leaky valve on the hot water heater. The two Freds and Bernie were great to work with - I would definitely use them again for plumbing needs. Probably replacing the hot water heater!"
