We had TWO bathrooms that were circa 1980s in our home and BOTH needed a gutting renovation. We appreciated his knowledge and level of care. He often had more than one solution or suggestions for a single problem, and let us talk things over with him before making a decision. As expected there were some unforeseen construction issues having to do with water damage etc. we faced along the way, but Joe helped us address these in a fair and equitable way. We also appreciated, given the timing of our project which was during the COVID outbreak, that he did not bring large teams of people into our home. The plumbers, electricians and painters he referred for our project were also highly qualified and respectful. The quality of Home Pro services by far exceeded our expectations! As my husband said early on, "Joe is an artisan". There was nothing we would change about our project. We can't wait to hire Joe and Home Pro Services again!"

"It doesn't seem to matter what type of work you need done at your house, Prudential Remodeling can do anything. I reached out to them to get a quote to remove all of the old decking and railings and replace it all with composite decking and railings. Not knowing what something like this would cost, we did get a secondary quote. Not only was their quote slightly lower than the other one we received, their quote had better products for the entire project, which in turn to me says their quote was much less than the other quote. We immediately signed the contract and got on their schedule. Kevin and a couple of his guys showed up on time and got to work right away. During the process, we added a few extra things (lattice around the entire deck, doors on either side of the deck for easy access under the deck) that we wanted done. Kevin didn't even blink an eye and immediately put together a list of things he would need to get to complete the extra work. Needless to say, the deck came out great and are super pleased with the work. Everything was done on time and the only added cost from the contract is what we added after the fact. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company. Everything is fantastic."

"Wayne was very professional from start to end and communication was excellent throughout the process. I had recently moved in and the stairs to our backyard was in terrible condition. From doing just a regular basic small deck, we quickly started to exchange ideas to do something bigger. I wanted a deck that would be weatherproof underneath so I could use the area under to either store stuffs or even dine in case of rain. Once the deck was done, I quickly realized that my head was close to the ceiling when I was standing under. He suggested that we dig a few feet lower to give me head space. We were able to add recessed lights and it looks so nice! Finally, he suggested that a pergola would be nicer then an awning. Indeed, we can use the pergola even during rain and windy days and at night by close the shades to prevent mosquitoes. He helped me with the installation of the pergola also which wasn't easy. The final result is stunning and we get so many praises from our friends!"
