"The floors are beautiful, they did a fantastic job and the price was wonderful. Their customer service in the store when I selected the material was just impeccable, Angie in particular worked with me. It took me a good month to decide what I wanted and she was very patient with me. I had many other bids and she beat them. The installers were extremely clean and kept up after themselves. They were very cordial and courteous. It was a great experience. I would use them again in a heartbeat. They were just excellent; I was really pleased."

"It was the best experience I ever had with a carpet cleaning company. Everything was back its place and it was a wonderful result when they were done. The carpets were clean and they weren t soggy or wet, like some of the other carpet cleaning companies can be. They were really good at the edges and the corners."

"As promised the installers came in on time and worked diligently to remove the ceramic tile which was extensive and very well adhered to the concrete slab, but they got the job done, prepped the floor for the installation of the wood flooring. They discussed with me how I wanted the wood layed and were open to my suggestions. The installers did a great job and easily adapted to a couple of changes I asked for. The job was finished on time and they worked hard to clean up as they went."

"Excellent, easy to work with, and courteous all the way from quote process to installation. Luis came to give us quote, they gave us the best value for the money, so we decided to go with him. The scheduling process was easy, and he gave us the approximate duration for the whole process and came on time to start the installation. He explained the whole process, from tearing out the carpet, leveling, etc. and he and his crew worked non stop and finished the job earlier than promised, and cleaned up everything. He is easy to work with, very professional, and go out of his way in trying to save us money whenever that he can. I will definitely use him again for any flooring works."

"Currently selling my home and was worried the condition of the carpets would require a concession. However, CleanMaster brought my worn carpets back to life. My 15-year old carpet doesn't look "brand new" (they're not magicians... or maybe they are?), but now my carpets no longer stand out as an eyesore. I'm extremely satisfied!"

"Finding out we were to have an extended guest stay for awhile motivated us to upgrade one of our guest rooms. After shopping around we decided CC Carpet in Keller, TX had the quality we were looking for. The salesperson had a great depth of knowledge and we pestered with unending questions that were all answered satisfactorily. We wanted to know why we had to spend the extra money on a higher quality carpet, and became convinced that you definitely get what you pay for in the long-run with carpet.  <br /> Installation was on time, completed quickly, and cleaned up thoroughly. We are very happy with our new carpet, and our guest just loves the upgraded suite. While not the cheapest carpet place in town, the quality and professionalism were well worth the few extra dollars. <br />"

"We have used Simmons before and they did a beautiful job. So when we decided to replace carpet in our master bedroom thanks to Markus who helped us pick the perfect flooring, we had it installed with them. The crew that installed the flooring was very efficient and did a great job. We love our new floor and it is just beautiful."

FAQs for carpet installation projects in North Richland Hills, TX

Carpet rolls come in standard widths of 12 and 15 feet. Less commonly, you might find a roll 13.5 feet wide. There are no standard roll lengths, but they’ll have enough to cover almost any home.

You’ll need equal amounts of carpet padding and carpet. Carpet padding costs $200 to $500 for the average room. However, the padding is trimmed a couple of inches away from the wall on all sides to make room for tack strips. Most residential installs have padding, and professionals include this in their bids.

Often, the best carpet for basements doesn’t include a pad. You’ll find this mainly in humid areas or places with a high-water table.

One linear foot of carpet or other material is simply one foot measured in a straight line. You typically aren’t going to measure carpet this way. It’s quoted in square feet or square yards.

There are nine square feet in one square yard of carpet.

The amount of carpet you need to cover two rooms varies depending on the room size and configuration. Measure the floor space. Multiply width times length. Do this for both rooms and add the numbers together.

You’ll need between 80 and 110 square feet for 13 stairs. For unique stairwells, you might need more.

Measure indoor/outdoor carpet like you would any other area, taking the width times the length. For patios, make sure to add a couple extra inches to wrap around the edges. Indoor-outdoor carpets cost an average of $3.50 per square foot.

You’ll need enough carpet to cover the entire area of damage to avoid seams. For example, if you have a 4-inch tear in the middle of a hallway, you’ll want enough carpet to stretch from door to door or the next available seam. Depending on the type of carpet you have, you might be able to get a professional to do an invisible seam repair.

One square foot of carpet is one foot long by one foot wide.
