"My Electrolux front loading wash machine broke a spring which holds the drum in place. This caused the machine to be horribly off balance and nearly caused it to self destruct. I called Marty on a Saturday and he came to diagnose it the following Monday. He located the problem and found the spring locally. He came back Thursday and fixed the machine It is now running again like new. The cost to me was very reasonable ($225) considering it was a very hard job and he was very proficient at the task. I would have him back for any future repairs on this machine or any other appliance I have, in a heartbeat."

However protecting the bulbs were covers that were fused in place They were virtually impossible for me to remove by hand. I hand tools to do so. Dave, the owner of PAR was quick to respond to my phone call. We agreed on service call the following week. He arrived on time and knew exactly what to do. Removing the oven door he was able to gain sufficient leverage to free both bulb covers. I was particularly grateful because another service company could only remove one of the covers, not both. Now I can clearly see what I am baking. Hooray!"

They eventually agreed to honor that provided I produce the warranty documentation. TAS lookup up my model online while I was on the phone and confirmed the 5-year warranty. The technician arrived within the window and had a part in hand. Based on my description he knew what was wrong. He completed the repair within a reasonable amount of time and was personable. My experience with TAS was good."
