He listened to what we wanted, made some suggestions, and quoted us a very reasonable price. If you're like me, jaw on the floor after hearing estimates from the "big" companies/chains, call Greg...he is reasonable. The previous homeowner was a "DIY" enthusiast, but not very good at it. We fully expected Greg to run into some problems, and he did, but he took them in stride and rectified the situation(s) CORRECTLY.
