"Brian came across as very professional and was able to say whether he could or could not do a specific job.  He removed our old hot water heater and dishwasher and installed the new ones very quickly and professionally, leaving behind zero mess.  (a huge plus for anyone who has dealt with contractors!)  During the installation of the water heater, a cheap, existing tap valve supplying the water to our upstairs fridge malfunctioned and Brian returned the next day with a new tap valve in hand.  It has now been several weeks, and there are no leaks nor problems with either the dishwasher nor the hot water heater!  Two huge home improvements done in one afternoon.  Overall, we were very satisfied with the work and are always happy to support the small business owner!

"They sent me a kit in the mail so I could measure the top of the table and select color and finish of the pads.  There was also a large piece of paper they sent which you put on top of your table (or half of the table) and made an impression (with the side of a crayon) of the outer edge of the table.  I did all that and mailed back the forms and pattern and within about 10 days, the pads arrived in the mail.  They are lovely and fit perfect.  I like that the edge is magnetized so the pads stay together.  There is also a separate pad for the leaf.  All in all I was very satisfied with this product.

"It took several guys about a week of long days to finish. They removed everything attached to the exterior such as rain gutters, old wiring, mailbox, etc and replaced the rain gutters after the stucco was done. There was a lot of detail work - for example my house has a large front porch with ornate pillars that were re-stuccoed. The rest of the house has some features that also required detail work. It would show if a shoddy job was done. I had someone else re-install some things that I either wanted changed or had special requirements like re-installing the antique porch light. They were careful of my landscaping/garden when working around the base of the house - only two flowers were tromped on. The finished stucco really improved the look of the house."
