"All around excellent experience. We visited Best Hardwood Flooring's store while shopping around to find the right flooring for our home (and we visited several stores). Their sample selection was very impressive, by far the best of all the stores we visited. Yaqueline was very attentive and helpful during that first visit, and provided us with several samples to take home and consider. Once we had made our decision on a product, we went over pricing, and found that they offered the best price for the flooring product we had selected, which was a higher-end Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring (and we did check around on that pricing..). Jaqueline then arranged for Caesar to come out and take measurements at our home, and provided us with a few quotes covering some options ranging from Best doing all of the work, to quotes resulting in a reduction in some of the costs by performing a portion of the preliminary preparation work ourselves, which I had requested of her and found to be very helpful. Once we made our decision to go with Best and had them place the materials orders, they provided us with a schedule for the job, and an estimated duration before completion. The job was then booked per our scheduling preference. On the scheduled day, Mario and Juan showed up on time to begin the job. They were very courteous and went over the details of the job with us such as what area of the house they would begin installing the floor, how it would be installed, and asked us what our preferences were for orientation of the plank or offered suggestions whenever applicable as the job progressed. They even took the time to sand the subfloor where there were even any slight edges to ensure it was a smooth level base for the new flooring planks. They arrived on time each day, and actually completed the job ahead of the projected duration originally provided. These gentlemen did an outstanding, VERY PROFESSIONAL job! We could not be happier with the result of their workmanship, and we are absolutely delighted with our new flooring! We would not hesitate to recommend this provider, and will definitely return to them for any additional needs going forward. Very pleased."

"They did not clean the floors after install and I had to sweep and mop for 2 hours afterward. I was also quoted for 20 extra square feet than I actually had. So I paid extra labor and materials that was not even needed. They did give me the extra materials but I would rather get a refund."

"It was great. They showed up on time, and the floor that they did was good."

"I worked for a general contractor for many years. There are plenty of cheap options out there, and the every time, the quality of work shows. Paul was not only knowledgeable, but also had a level of commitment that you do not see anymore. Plenty of times, he could have just got it do not , but instead he took a few extra days to get it done right! Doing more for my uneven floors than even I had the motivation to do. He is a man of his word, and tells it how it is. When I told him not to worry about minor blemishes, he said I do not want to put my name on that is . He brought in extra equipment, and got to work fixing the floor instead of laying the new material on top of it. . Highly recommend this company."

"Derick did an amazing job on installing all of our hardwood flooring. He was very friendly and answered all of my questions. Everything was done in a timely manner."

"Very friendly guys they asked all the right questions and went above and beyond with the flooring installation, They also got it done within the estimated time frame, would recommend them!"

"Darnell from R & r experts took care of everything from start to finish. I did not have to very about the details. His people did an excellent job. Very good quality."

"I received a confirmation from Choice Home for my claim within hours of filing my claim. Included in the confirmation was the Contractors Name, Phone number and the window for service. I was contacted by the Contractor within the service time window, however it was towards the end of the service window. We missed each other call. Therefore my technician visit was re-scheduled for first visit next day. Next day I was contacted by the tech prior to his arrival and arrived as promised. The technician was respectful of our property, he used shoe protectors and ensure all was cleaned before he left. He quickly identified two problems with A/C and corrected them, The technician explained what was covered by Choice Home Warranty and what was not. He provided a fair price for the extra work for use to decide. The technician also identified another issue with the installation of the U/V light in our A/C and provided valuable maintenance tips. In all it was a positive experience."

"Not only was Caitlin, my sales rep. a pleasure to work with, the rest of their staff was just professional knowledgeable. Living out of the area, they offered recommendations upon my requests for advise. They did not stear me to higher cost items but to products that met my needs. They were quick to respond to my calls with follow up info. to help make timely decisions. They provided fair prices that were more competitive than their local competition. They were flexible with their install schedule to work around the tenants living in our home. When an after sales/installation issue came up there was no hesitation to come back out and resolve the issue in a single visit. I could not have been more happy with the work done and the support received. Premier Flooring will be my first call with any future needs. Thanks Team Premier!"
