I was told the repair would be $1,500. Although hesitant, I agreed to proceed because I needed heat. The repair was completed, I paid $1,524.90, and the technician left. I later realized I had not been provided with an invoice, so I called the company directly at 781 438 4114. The person who answered the phone emailed me an invoice. The invoice listed an HVAC diagnostic fee of $69.00, followed by ?HYD 170,? with no price or itemized breakdown provided. I understand that professional services and parts can incur significant costs, it is unreasonable that the part alone could account for the entire charge without any supporting documentation. I respectfully requested a detailed breakdown of the invoice through multiple phone calls and emails; however, the responses I received were dismissive and failed "

"Today I had Paul and Josh returned to my property because of a sewer back up. I previously had Rich and Paul show up before for the same problem. Today, Paul and Josh arrived very timely. They both work diligently to assess the blockage and clear it. It went further out than was expected. I can honestly say Josh and Paul worked very well together and we’re so into completing this mess. I sat there with them the whole time and they were so determined it was amazing to watch. I would definitely give this company a five star rating no problem. The job was more complex but they both remained calm and very confident and they were not leaving till that camera showed a clear passage. In a time where I was concerned because I had tenants, had to shut the water off they worked tirelessly to clear. Rich another technician was there previously and I was very pleased with him. But even after calling several additional times with my correct number, they still took several weeks to get back to me.
