My wife and I have had 6 different plumbers from 2 big name plumbing companies in our area (the ones with the fancy commercials) over the past 5 years,all suggested above ground plumbing after snaking out the drains which would be around $8-10 k..even after they snaked the drains it would still back up anywhere from 2 weeks to 6 weeks later,so I bought my own snake and was snaking it out myself for last 1 1/2 years every month,so John came and suggested a steam power wash for the drains,which no one else ever suggested or did I know that was an option!!.. so John power washed out the drains for a 7th of the cost of what the Big Guys wanted to do!,I watched as he did his thing with the power washing and I saw all the built up sludge and grease that would never have came out from just snaking…the water just flows through our drains out to the town line now!!Great Guy,Great Job,Great knowledge and Saved us thousands $$$…Definitely Deserves 5 Stars!!!"

Everything was resolved within a week (after receiving necessary permits, and waiting for weather to clear), and I now have a 15 year warranty, and one less thing to worry about. So glad to not worry about using toilet, long hot showers, laundry, dishes, etc!!
